Customer satisfaction guarantee service is a customer’s right to return purchased item for exchange within 72 hours after completed purchase.

Returning item must meet the following requirements:          

  • Item must be new and not used
  • Fully operational, free of faults
  • Clean
  • Accompanying accessories must be included
  • Returned in original package

Customers may exchange the returning item for purchase value equivalent. If requested, customers may add certain sum to buy a different item. In order to do that, please submit your purchased item receipt and warranty card to a store manager.
