BSB Service LLC does a lot for the country’s development and has been striving to build a society with higher living standard. Responsible business industry enhances country competitive capacity, creates competitive edge and we implement the following policies in this direction. 

Rights

1. HUMAN RIGHTS

We value human rights and protect human rights convened in the Constitution of Mongolia and Labor Law of Mongolia. In staff selection process, our corporation doesn’t tolerate age, sex, social status, nationality discrimination. We make staff selection purely based on employee’s skill and motivation. 
We conclude Labor agreement with our full-time employees, which reflects employer and employee’s rights and obligations. 

30% of company staff is comprised of female employees under the age of 30. We protect women’s rights by granting paid maternal leave, childcare leave, breastfeeding leave, release of female worker with under three-year-old child from field trip assignments. We don’t tolerate underage employment and conduct policy of non-violation of women’s and children’s rights. 
According to the Labor Law, we ensure that 3 percent of our staff is occupied by disabled people.

2. ENVIRONMENT 

We conduct business activities that do not have adverse effect on our environment and our products meet all European standards and hold CE, Energy Star, SLG certificates environment-friendly business conduct. Also, our product hold ISO 9001:2000, TS 16949, QS 9000 standard certificates. Our goal is to supply our customers with energy-saving, highly productive, and cutting-edge technology products and services. In this way, we decrease customer-end costs and protect environment.

3. FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY

We have developed and are implementing anti-corruption program. This program includes anti-corruption law campaign and research and training new employees and managers.

We conduct our business according to Company Code, comply with transparency and fairness, and have well-established practice of paying all due taxes and fees in a timely and fair manner. We conduct and promote fair competition policy, maintain financial transparency and cultivate strong work ethics and discipline.
